First of all, we really like Tony Lang our service manager. My C7 came out with an oil change but nothing else was fixed. It came in due to the accelerator sticking, so much so, that I had to aggressively brake. There is also a squealing and knocking when you start it cold that they could not find to fix. It does it every morning... It's just the fact that nothing at all was done to solve the issues after being at the dealer 3 days is why I had to give a low rating.
Waited two hours just for them to find the problem. Said it was gonna be a $1400 repair and replace. Took it to another place and they fixed it without replacing anything for $100. Probably not coming back for any services
Love the staff and the dealership and its cleanliness. Gave me a loaner to drive so they could keep my car and finish it up right and I didnt even have to ask. They really care about the customer. Thanks
Well, I came in for my first oil change and tire rotation on my 4th brand new car from this dealership. I had also reported a rattling sound in my passenger door sounded as if a speaker or something had come loose. 2+ hours later my car was returned to me with several small and very fresh chips in the paint. 2 on the passenger door. 1 on the driverside front side panel near the hood adjacent from the oil fill cap accompanied by some scratches and 1 chip on the driver side door. All of these chips are similar in shap and size. A 5th spot of much worse paint damage where the paint is scraped/lifted clean off primer and all, located behind the passenger side front wheel at the bottom of the car. I assume from a lift or somthing used raise the car. My rim also had recieved pits and paint damage on parts of its edge and spoke on the rear passenger side. The rubber is un damaged proving I did not eat a curb or concrete edge. This would have been the front wheel prior the rotation. The driver side floorboard, running board, and door panel near the speaker cover was covered with some grey milky colored film and scuffs left behind from somebody's clumsy boots. Clearly there was a lack of care or consideration for my vehicle from who ever was working on it that day. Perhaps in haste or anger. The bottom line is I brought in a nearly flawless garage kept car that was just a bit dirty for scheduled service and my car was returned to me over 2 hours later with numerous chips/damage to the paint, and cosmetic damage to one of the rims. They did not locate what ever is loose in the passenger side door. Tho I'm suspicious they didnt even take the time to check it beyond a (road test). I came in the following day to show my service advisor some of the damage I found. He reviewed the pictures they had taken before service was done. The pictures revealed none of the above mentioned damages where there when I brought the car in. We had only discussed the 2 chips on the passenger side door and the rim at that time. He took a quick look at my car and offered to order me a bottle of touch up paint and informed me if I was not happy with the results of the touch up they would repaint the areas of damage but advised against having the damage repainted. When I asked about my rim he referred me to my purchased wheel and tire package witch does not cover cosmetic damage. I am under the impression the dealership wont replace or repair the rim even if they cuased the damage. I intend to persue getting the areas of damage painted & repaired properly as well as getting the rim repaired or replaced. This is simply unacceptable. There is no excuse. Before I came in for the first service my car was literally flaw free absent of even hair line scratches from Terry cloths. It was just dirty with road dust and from driving in the rain but didnt deserve to be cosmetically disregarded the way it was by the "red service team" and or the individual responsible for the several chips and cosmetic damage. One chip or mistake fine, I get it stuff happens but not 5 plus damage to one of the rims. That's plain negligence and could even be interpreted as malicious. I hope Ferman can right this wrong beyond giving me some touch up paint and dismissing the rim as if it's not there fault its damaged. Sorely disappointed and discouraged.
Bought my car At this dealership and have recommended several people to go there. The last two visits I have gone for oil change I have waited 1 1/2 or longer which is ridiculous. Makes me think twice about driving 45 minutes there
