We needed a headlight in our Chevy Traverse as we were going to be traveling. They worked us in, and it was done within an hour and we were on our way. They went above and beyond to help us and we were so pleased. We always come here for our car needs and we are never disappointed.
I was impressed that I could take my car in without an appointment on what I understand is one of the busiest of business (Friday) days PLUS it was a holiday weekend!! I only waited an hour so made it to my own job in time and probably was spared a ticket due to my burnt out headlight. Thanks guys!!
This is the worst and most expensive GM Service dealership of any I've visited for repairs on my Corvette. This time, it cost me $225 to fix a Brake light cable that became unplugged along with some diagnostics for faulty Key Fobs and Traction control system. For two new Key Fobs, the cost was estimated at $367 (can be bought on-line for $30 a piece and can program them myself). To fix the Traction Control system, the estimated cost was $4,936 (had the same problem with Warning lights coming On when we lived in California in 2016 and the cost to fix it was $129). This is the third bad experience out of four times going to Ferman Chevrolet for service. All four times their cost was outrageous. Will NOT go there again in my lifetime. If I could give them Zero stars, that would be my rating.
