As always my experience at this dealership was excellent in all ways. Chance Hatcher is the ultimate professional and so very helpful. Our sales person, Bogi, was outstanding and so intent in making sure we were well taken care. Both of these gentlemen are of the highest quality and always treat me with such respect and class and are so helpful
This is my second response, apparently you didn't like my first one.
When I brought my 2017 Silverado in for an oil change, I noticed that the tie rods had not been greased.
Shouldn't this be included as part of the service or was it not required at that time?
I didn't receive a response from the first survey!
At this point I will likely go else where for service
The Service manager Billy knows how to take care of G.M.S customers. I have bought a lot of new cars from G.M. Castriota screwed up a tire more than once but this time they put it on inside out, they could have killed me .Billy came back from lunch seen it and said I cant put the tire back on Joe but I will get a new 1 Ferman has always done me right sorry I tried to save 800.00 and went somewhere else
